Ultimate Green Blender Smoothie

  1. With about 1 cup water, blend 1/2 spinach.
  2. Add mango and pineapple as blend further.
  3. Pour mixture into container.
  4. With more water or cranberry juice, blend rest of spinach.
  5. Add banana and lemon juice and blend further.
  6. Add mixture to container.
  7. Adding the juice if not used or about 1/2 cup water, blend cilantro and apple.
  8. Pour mixture into container.
  9. Shake or stir contents.
  10. Makes approximately 5 24oz servings.
  11. Refrigerate unused portions.
