Pork and Mushroom Balls

  1. Combine pork, Worcestershire sauce and the chopped green oignon or chives.
  2. Make average size balls with the mixture and roll into the wheat germ to create a coating.
  3. Cook the balls into a cookie sheet for about 20 minutes at 325F and turn them occasionally.
  4. Warm up the mushroom soup and serve over the balls.
  5. Serve everything on a bed of rice with any greens you like.
  6. Absolutely delicious!
  7. Enjoy!
