Passion Fruit and Mango Mar-Tony

• 1 large ripe mango, peeled, pitted and cut into chunks, reserve some for garnish
• 1 cup passion fruit nectar
• 1 lime, juiced
• 4 shots vodka

1. In a blender puree the mango, passion fruit nectar and lime juice until smooth.
2. Strain through a mesh strain and set aside.
3. In a cocktail shaker full of ice combine 1 part vodka and 1 part of the mango and passion fruit puree.
4. Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass.
5. Repeat with remaining ingredients and garnish each glass with a piece of mango.
