Grilled Shrimp with Tropical Salsa
- 16 frozen uncooked cleaned extra-large shrimp (1 lb./450 g), thawed, well drained
- 1/2 cup Kraft Italian Zesty Lime Dressing, divided
- 1-1/2 cups each finely chopped peeled mangos and papaya
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Toss shrimp with 1/4 cup dressing in large bowl.
- Refrigerate 15 min.
- to marinate.
- Meanwhile, toss fruit and onions with remaining dressing.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Heat barbecue to medium-high heat.
- Remove shrimp from marinade; discard marinade.
- Place shrimp in grill basket; place on barbecue grate.
- Grill 6 min.
- or until shrimp turn pink, tossing occasionally.
- Serve with fruit salsa.
