  1. Slice the pork into bite sizes.
  2. Marinate for 15 minutes with the marinade seasonings.
  3. Combine the ingredients marked .
  4. Cut the cabbage roughly.
  5. Deseed the green pepper and remove the stalk.
  6. Cut into bite sizes.
  7. Slice the leek diagonally into 3-cm.
  8. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil and add the pork.
  9. After it's browned, transfer to a plate.
  10. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan and add the garlic and ginger to fry.
  11. Add all the vegetables from Step 2 and stir fry on high heat.
  12. Add cooking sake if it looks like the ingredients are starting to burn.
  13. Return the pork from Step 3 to the pan and add the combined flavoring ingredients.
  14. Stir fry some more over high heat.
  15. When the ingredients are well coated with the sauce, turn the heat off.
  16. Drizzle with sesame oil to finish.
