Frying Pan Quiche Made with Sliced Bread
- 1 slice Sliced bread
- 2 Eggs
- 50 ml Milk
- 3 sections Spinach
- 1 slice Bacon
- 1/6 Onion
- 1 dash Salt and pepper
- 20 grams Melting cheese
- 1 tbsp Butter
- Roughly chop the spinach into small pieces.
- Slice the onion and bacon into thin strips.
- Beat the egg with a whisk to make it airy, add the milk, cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Form the framework of the quiche with the bread and cut off the crusts.
- Squish the center sections of the bread with a rolling pin.
- Cut into pieces and lightly toast (The sizes and the crispiness of the toast is up to you).
- Heat 1/2 tablespoon of butter in a frying pan.
- Add Step 1 and season salt and pepper.
- Remove and add to Step 2.
- Heat another 1/2 tablespoon of butter in the frying pan.
- Place the bread crusts in the pan and pour Step 5 over them.
- It might look a bit messy but don't worry about it!
- Return any parts that stick out back to the center and lightly stir it.
- Cover with a lid and let it steam over low heat.
- Flip over and lightly cook.
