Chocolate Crunchy Caramel Chews Recipe

  1. Heat butter with molasses over low heat.
  2. Stir in rice squares; press into greased 9 inch square pan.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 min.
  4. Heat caramels with lowfat milk in heavy saucepan over low heat, stirring frequently till smooth.
  5. Pour over crust, sprinkle with chocolate morsels and nuts.
  6. Cold.
  7. Cut into squares.
  8. Makes 16 squares.
