Fried Green Tomatoes

  1. Slice all tomatoes.
  2. Place in buttermilk.
  3. Mix remaining ingredients together.
  4. Coat tomatoes liberally both sides with breading.
  5. Place in oil.
  6. Fry each side until golden brown.
  7. Drain on plate with paper towels.
  8. Salt.
