Pineapple Rhubarb Sauce Recipe
- 5 c. diced rhubarb
- 4 c. sugar
- 1 (20 ounce.) can unsweetened crushed pineapple plus juice
- 2 (3 ounce.) Packages strawberry Jello
- Combine first 3 ingredients in heavy saucepan on medium heat, stirring often.
- Cook 8 to 10 min or possibly till rhubarb is tender.
- Add in gelatin, stirring till dissolved.
- Can quickly and process 10 min in boiling water.
- 3 1/2 pints.
