Scalloped Scallops Or Fish Recipe
- 1 pound scallops or possibly fish
- 2 c. soda cracker crumbs
- 1 c. soft bread crumbs
- 3/4 c. melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Pepper to taste
- 1 c. light cream
- Wash scallops in cool running water and drain.
- Cut in half, crosswise, if using large scallops.
- Combine butter with bread crumbs and salt and pepper.
- In a greased baking dish alternate layers of scallops with layers of crumb mix ending with crumb mix.
- Add in light cream and bake at 350 degrees for 25 min.
