Foil-baked Healthy Chicken Tenders and Onion

  1. Boil the chicken tenders in water to remove the bitterness.
  2. Shred the meat.
  3. Cut the onions into wedges and fry with butter until they soften.
  4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  5. Make a foil plate.
  6. Combine the onions, chicken tenders, umeboshi and pizza cheese in this order on the plate.
  7. Bake in an oven until the cheese melts.
  8. Garnish with finely chopped parsley.
