Foil-baked Healthy Chicken Tenders and Onion
- 3 Chicken tenderloin
- 1/2 Onion
- 1 Umeboshi
- 5 grams Butter
- 1 Salt and coarsely ground pepper
- 1 Pizza cheese
- 1 to garnish Finely chopped parsley
- Boil the chicken tenders in water to remove the bitterness.
- Shred the meat.
- Cut the onions into wedges and fry with butter until they soften.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Make a foil plate.
- Combine the onions, chicken tenders, umeboshi and pizza cheese in this order on the plate.
- Bake in an oven until the cheese melts.
- Garnish with finely chopped parsley.
