Slow-Cooker Pork Normandy

  1. Mix first 4 ingredients; remove 2 Tbsp.
  2. for later use.
  3. Coat meat with remaining flour mixture.
  4. Cook half the meat in 1 Tbsp.
  5. oil in large skillet 4 to 5 min.
  6. or until lightly browned.
  7. Place in slow cooker.
  8. Repeat with remaining oil and meat.
  9. Top meat in slow cooker with onions and apples.
  10. Mix broth, cider, mustard, sugar and reserved flour mixture until blended.
  11. Pour over meat mixture.
  12. Cover with lid.
  13. Cook on LOW 5 to 6 hours (or on HIGH 3 to 4 hours) or until meat is tender.
  14. Transfer meat, onions and apples with slotted spoon to serving platter.
  15. Stir sour cream into sauce in slow cooker.
  16. Spoon over meat mixture.
