Turkey Panini with Cheddar, Red Onion, Apple & Pancetta

  1. Combine spread and dressing until smooth.
  2. Refrigerate until use.
  3. Can be prepared up to 3 days in advance.
  4. For each serving: Spread each of 2 bread slices with 1-1/2 tsp.
  5. (7 mL) dressing mixture.
  6. Top 1 bread slice with 2 Tbsp.
  7. (30 mL) cheese, 1 pancetta slice, 1/2 oz./15 g apples (about 6 slices), 85 g turkey, 10 g onions, second pancetta slice, additional 2 Tbsp.
  8. cheese and remaining bread slice.
  9. Grill in preheated panini grill sprayed with cooking spray 4 min.
  10. or until golden brown.
  11. Cut diagonally in half to serve.
