Turkey Panini with Cheddar, Red Onion, Apple & Pancetta
- 3/4 cup Miracle Whip Original Spread
- 3/4 cup Kraft Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
- 48 slices multi-grain bread
- 1-1/2 qt. Kraft Shredded Medium Cheddar Cheese
- 48 slices pancetta, thinly sliced, baked until crisp
- 144 slices Granny Smith apples, thinly sliced
- - deli turkey, shaved
- 1-1/2 cups red onions, thinly sliced
- Combine spread and dressing until smooth.
- Refrigerate until use.
- Can be prepared up to 3 days in advance.
- For each serving: Spread each of 2 bread slices with 1-1/2 tsp.
- (7 mL) dressing mixture.
- Top 1 bread slice with 2 Tbsp.
- (30 mL) cheese, 1 pancetta slice, 1/2 oz./15 g apples (about 6 slices), 85 g turkey, 10 g onions, second pancetta slice, additional 2 Tbsp.
- cheese and remaining bread slice.
- Grill in preheated panini grill sprayed with cooking spray 4 min.
- or until golden brown.
- Cut diagonally in half to serve.
