Grilled Pork Roast

  1. In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the first nine ingredients.
  2. Add pork.
  3. Seal bag.
  4. Refrigerate overnight.
  5. Prepare grill for indirect heat.
  6. Drain and discard marinade.
  7. Broil for 10 minutes, Grill roast for 50 minutes or until roast reaches 145.
  8. Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing.
