Grilled Pork Roast
- 2/3 cup canola oil
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 2 clove minced garlic
- 2 tbsp ground mustard
- 2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 2 1/2 lb boneless pork loin
- In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the first nine ingredients.
- Add pork.
- Seal bag.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Prepare grill for indirect heat.
- Drain and discard marinade.
- Broil for 10 minutes, Grill roast for 50 minutes or until roast reaches 145.
- Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing.
