Chicken Tamale Casserole

  1. Bring first 6 ingredients to boil in saucepan; simmer on medium-low heat 20 min.
  2. or until thickened, stirring frequently.
  3. Spread onto bottom of 8-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  4. Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Prepare muffin batter as directed on package.
  5. Stir in 1/2 cup sour cream; spread over chicken mixture.
  6. Top with cheese.
  7. Bake 20 min.
  8. or until golden brown.
  9. Serve topped with remaining sour cream.
