Stay In Bed Stew
- 2 lb. beef cubes
- 6 to 8 white potatoes
- 8 to 10 carrots
- 1 stalk celery
- 4 tbsp. tapioca pudding
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1 dash salt
- 1 dash pepper
- 1 md. onion
- 2 cans tomato soup
- 1/2 can water
- Clean and cube all vegetables.
- Add beef.
- Mix soup and water.
- Pour over meat and vegetables.
- Sprinkle with pudding, sugar, salt, and pepper.
- Bake at 325F for 3-4 hours in covered casserole.
