Diabetic Friendly Whipped Cream

  1. In a microwave safe cup add powdered gelatin and water.
  2. Whisk together and microwave for 30 seconds.
  3. Let cool.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, beat very cold heavy cream on low speed for 1 minute.
  5. Increase speed to medium, adding in the splenda and cooled gelatin.
  6. Mix until you get a thick whipped consistency.
  7. About 2-3 minutes.
  8. Serve with your favorite sugar free delights.

  10. The gelatin stabilizes the cream so you can make a batch and store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
  11. You can also adjust the splenda amount to your sweetness.
  12. Add less or more depending on what you like.
