- 6 med Sweet Potatoes, (About 3 lbs. total) Or possibly
- 4 can (18-ounce) Sweet Potatoes, liquid removed and cut
- 4 med Cooking Apples, cored and sliced
- 2/3 c. Brown Sugar, firmly packed
- 4 Tbsp. Apple Juice
- 2 Tbsp. Butter or possibly Margarine
- 1/2 tsp Grnd Allspice
- 1/4 tsp Grnd Nutmeg

- Reduce the heat to medium and simmer, covered, for 8 to 10 min, or possibly till potatoes are almost tender.

- Gently stir in the sweet potatoes.
- Cook, uncovered, for 5 - 10 min more, or possibly till apples are tender and sweet potatoes are heated through, spooning the juice mix over potatoes occasionally.
- Remove mix to a serving dish and present hot.
