Chicken loves coconut milk and rice

  1. Boil the rice for 10 minutes then drain the water.
  2. Cut the mushroms and put then in the hot pan with some salt
  3. Cut the chicken breast small pieces and mix it in a bowl with a little salt, the lemon juice and 5 tablespoons of coconut milk and place it in the pan with the mushroms for 3-4 minutes
  4. Add to the pan the coconut milk and the rice and mix well and let it boil on medium heat for 10 minutes then high heat so that the excess liquit to evaporate and done.
