Best No Bake Cheesecake

  1. Base.
  2. Melt butter for base in a pan.
  3. Add crushed biscuits and combine.
  4. Place in base of loose based tin.
  5. Chill base in fridge for 20 minutes.
  6. Topping.
  7. Beat cream to until it holds it's shape, firm peaks.
  8. Fold in Philadelphia and icing sugar.
  9. Add lemon juice and rind and fold inches.
  10. Pour topping over set base.
  11. Set in fridge for a few hours or overnight.
  12. Add cool topping of choice.
  13. Turn out and serve.
  14. Enjoy!
