Tuna Melt
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- 1 dash Accent
- 1 tsp fresh chopped cilantro
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp fresh ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp HERBAL Pizza and Pasta MAGIC ( CHEF PAUL PRUDHOMME'S)
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 3 can tuna (in water , 5oz.)
- 1/2 Roma tomato
- 2 each green onions
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 3 boiled eggs
- 1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
- 8 slice bread
- 8 slice provolone with smoke flavor
- preheat oven to 400F
- slice green onions in thin slices
- cut Roma tomato into 4 - 5 sections length wise and cut into thin slices
- chop cilantro
- cut boiled eggs in half lengthwise then into slices
- combine ingredients for mixture
- put mixture on bread slices ( I remove the crust first )
- cover with provolone slices
- lightly sprinkle parmesan on top
- put on baking sheet and put in oven for 4-5 minutes or until desired crispness of bread is reached
- you're only baking to melt the cheese and toast the bread
- I don't bread the top
