White Wine Sangria
- One 750-milliliter bottle crisp white wine
- 1 cup green grape juice
- 1/2 cup white rum
- 1/2 cup green seedless grapes, halved
- 1 Granny Smith apple, sliced
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1 pear, sliced
- One 750-milliliter bottle dry sparkling wine
- Add the white wine, grape juice, rum, grapes, apple, lemon and pear to a large pitcher and stir to combine.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour and up to overnight, so the flavors have time to develop.
- Stir in the sparkling wine before serving.
