Super Fast N' Easy Tart Pastry

  1. Cut the shortening into the flour, then stir in the water and mix.
  2. Roll out and cut with a 4" circle cutter or bowl.
  3. Fit into muffin tins.
  4. Add your favorite filling.
  5. Will make 12-24 tarts, depending on what size muffin pan you use.
