Spur of the Moment Meatballs

  1. Preheat oven to 350'.
  2. Lined a baking sheet with foil and lightly spray with Pam.
  3. Place hamburger bun in food processor and blend to make bread crumbs.
  4. Place breadcrumbs in large bowl and add all dry ingredients.
  5. Stir to combine.
  6. Add hamburger meat,whipping cream,onion,eggs and V8 juice.
  7. Mix well.
  8. Form into 2" meatballs and place on foil.
  9. Bake in oven 30 to 40 minutes or until lightly brown and no longer pink inside.
