Mini Shrimp Cocktail Bites

• 16 Ritz crackers
• 13 cup whipped cream cheese spread
• 13 cup seafood cocktail sauce
• 16 cleaned large raw shrimp, cooked
• 13 cup finely chopped green onion

1. Spread each cracker with 1 teaspoon of the cream cheese spread.
2. Top evenly with the cocktail sauce, shrimp and onions.
