Tomato Soup With Rice and Franks
- 2 frankfurters, thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons onions, minced
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can tomato rice soup
- 1 cup milk or 1 cup water
- Heat oil in a saucepan.
- Combine the franks slices and minced onion and saute, stirring occasionally for about 5 minutes, until the onion is tender.
- Blend in soup and milk or water and bring to a slow boil.
- Remove from heat and serve.
