Tomato Soup With Rice and Franks

  1. Heat oil in a saucepan.
  2. Combine the franks slices and minced onion and saute, stirring occasionally for about 5 minutes, until the onion is tender.
  3. Blend in soup and milk or water and bring to a slow boil.
  4. Remove from heat and serve.
