Chinese Style Shrimp In Pastry Shells Recipe

  1. Mix chicken broth with cornstarch and teriyaki sauce.
  2. In a large skillet, heat oil over high heat.
  3. Add in snow peas and green onions; stir fry till tender crisp.
  4. Add in shrimp and stir in chicken broth mix.
  5. Cook, stirring constantly till sauce thickens and just comes to a boil and shrimp are tender.
  6. Serve in hot pastry shells.
  7. Serves 6.
