My Chicken Stew with Crusty Bread Rolls as

  1. INGREDIENTS
  2. Add one tablespoon of olive oil and let it heat up.Chop Onions , Crush Garlic,and Chicken into cubes .
  3. fry onions for 1 minute then add the crushed galic, fry threm add the chicken .
  4. Turn Heat on and put the saucepan on to boil.
  5. Add the herbs, chicken stock cubes Balsamic vinegar and worsestershire sauce.
  6. While the chicken is cooking.
  7. In a large saucepan add the tomatoes broccoli, carrots mixed veg and potatoes ,water broad beans and bring to the boil
  8. When the chicken is white and no pink colour add it to the pan of Veg ,bring to boil add the Salt & Pepper add the lid and then simmer for 1 - 2 hours stirring occasionally, simmer on the lowest.
  9. If you want it to be thicker, just add 2 tblspoons of Corn Starch in a little water.
  10. XwServe with Crusty Bread to dip.
