Healthy Cake Pops
- 1/2 cup Coconut flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- 1/4 tsp Fine salt
- 4 Eggs
- 1/2 cup Agave nectar
- 2 tbsp Soy or almond milk
- 2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup Coconut oil (melted)
- 1 packages Candy melts (optional)
- 1 as needed Sprinkles (optional)
- Preheat oven to 180c.
- In a large bowl mix together the coconut flour, baking powder and the salt.
- Melt the coconut oil.
- Mix the eggs in to the dry ingredients and stir in the agave nectar, the milk and the vanilla extract.
- Add the melted coconut oil and stir until the batter is smooth.
- Spoon the mixture in to the cake pop mould and bake for 18-22 minutes.
- Leave to cool on a cooling tray.
- (Optional) melt the candy melts using the instructions on the packaging.
- Once melted, dip the cake pop stick into the candy melts.
- Put into cake pop then leave for a couple of minutes.
- Dunk the cake pops into the melted candy melts.
- Now sprinkle with sprinkles, leave to set for a few minutes then enjoy!
