Middle Eastern Chickpea Dip

• 200 ml sour cream
• 400 g chickpeas, drained
• 2 teaspoons middle eastern seasoning
• 12 teaspoon crushed garlic

1. Place ingredients in a food processor and combine until smooth.
2. Sprinkle with a little extra seasoning and serve with pita bread chips, warm bread, or as an accompaniment to BBQ kebabs, burgers, or roasted vegetables.
