- 34 cup buttermilk
- 14 cup low-fat mayonnaise
- 13 cup finely chopped fresh chives
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- salt & fresh ground pepper
