Garlicky Chicken Cordon Bleu
- 6 small skinless chicken breast fillets
- 125g PHILADELPHIA Light Spreadable Garlic & Herb Cream Cheese
- 6 large slices ham
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 egg, mixed with
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 3/4 cup dried breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup oil
- salad, to serve
- Lay the chicken breasts on a board, spread top side with Philly* and cover with ham.
- Dip the chicken in flour, then egg mixture.
- Coat chicken in breadcrumbs and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes to firm the coating.
- Heat the oil in a large frying pan, add the chicken and fry gently until golden and chicken is cooked through.
- Serve with a salad.
