Fresh Veggie Pasta Salad
- 4 cups farfalle (bow-tie pasta), uncooked
- 1 carrot, cut lengthwise into quarters, then crosswise into thin slices
- 1 cup grape tomatoes, cut in half
- 1 cup snow peas, trimmed, cut lengthwise into thin slices
- 1/2 cup chopped red onions
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Sun Dried Tomato Vinaigrette Dressing made with Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
- Drain pasta; place in large bowl.
- Add remaining ingredients; mix lightly.
