Classic Creamy Cheesecake

  1. Heat oven to 300*.
  2. Spray 9 inch springform pan wit nonstick cooking spray.
  3. In medium bowl, combine all crust ingredients, blend well.
  4. Press firmly on bottom of prepared springform pan.
  5. In large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese at low speed just until smooth, about 30 seconds.
  6. Scrape Bowl.
  7. Add sugar, beat at low speed just until blended, about 30 seconds.
  8. Scrape bowl.
  9. Add remaining eggs, one at a time, beating only until just blended, scraping the bowl after each addition.
  10. Pour filling into pan over crust.
  11. Bake 1 hour and 20 minutes, until firm except for the very center.
  12. Cool completely on wire rack.
  13. Cover, refrigerate at least 4 hours.
  14. Serve with sliced fresh strawberries and strawberry glaze.
