carne de rez con salsa de chile manzanilla
- 2 lb thinly sliced beef
- 3 manzanilla chiles with seeds removed
- 2 roma tomatoes
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 medium onion sliced
- 1 salt to taste
- 1 small handful cilantro
- In blender add manzanilla chiles, garlic, tomato, and cilantro and fill 3/4 to the top with water and blend till smooth.
- Set aside.

- in large fry pan heat 2 tsp oil and add beef and cook until some of the edges around the beef start to crisp.
- Add sliced onion in with beef and cook together until onion is almost transparent.
- Add salsa mix to the pan with beef and salt to taste...
