Tropical Marinade

  1. Puree all ingredients in a food processor while adding honey and/or water.
  2. Whisk all ingredients together and let sit in fridge overnight for flavors to blend.
  3. Variations; Coconut, rum, allspice, vodka, shallots, Fresno peppers, jalapenos, habanero, poblano, scallions, marmalade, preserves, tequila, vinegar, brown sugar, sugarcane, parsley, paprika, corn, basil, cilantro
