Tropical Marinade
- 3 mango; peeled and cored
- 2 roasted yellow bell peppers; puree
- 1 pineapple; large chunks
- 1 papaya; large chunks
- 1 cup honey
- Puree all ingredients in a food processor while adding honey and/or water.
- Whisk all ingredients together and let sit in fridge overnight for flavors to blend.
- Variations; Coconut, rum, allspice, vodka, shallots, Fresno peppers, jalapenos, habanero, poblano, scallions, marmalade, preserves, tequila, vinegar, brown sugar, sugarcane, parsley, paprika, corn, basil, cilantro
