Slow Cooker Beef Barbeque
- 1 (2 -3 lb) boneless chuck roast
- 12 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 medium celery rib, chopped
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 cup ketchup
- 14 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon liquid smoke
- 12 cup all-purpose flour
- 12 hamburger buns, warmed

- Sprinkle chuck roast with garlic salt.Place roast in the bottom of a greased 3 1/2-4 quart slow cooker.
- Top with onion and celery.

- Combine brown sugar,ketchup, lemon juice,Worchestershire sauce,vinegar, and liquid smoke in a small bowl.
- Pour over meat.Cover and cook on low 8 hours,or until beef is tender.
- Remove meat from cooker and place on cutting board.

- Ladle 1/4 cup of liquid from slow cooker into a small bowl.
- Add flour and whisk until smooth.
- Stir flour mixture into sauce in slow cooker.Shred beef with fork and return to slow cooker.
- Cook on high 30 minutes.
- Serve on hamburger buns.
