Anchovy in Mirin
- 13 tablespoon soy sauce
- 13 tablespoon sugar
- 13 tablespoon mirin
- 8 ounces dried anchovies, small, Shirakiku Brand (Taberu Niboshi)
- In a saucepan add soy sauce, sugar and mirin and stirring at all time.
- Reduce this mixture by half and add in the small anchovy.
