Blueberry Cheesecake
- 1 (18 ounce) box yellow cake mix
- 13 cup soft butter
- 1 egg
- 2 eggs
- 14 cup sugar
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups sour cream
- 14 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 (21 ounce) can blueberry pie filling
- Mix crumb ingredients until crumbly.
- Press into a 9x13 pan.
- Beat the filling ingredients until smooth.
- Pour over crumb mixture and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until set.
- For topping, mix the sour cream, sugar, and vanilla.
- Spread over filling, let cool.
- Spread blueberry pie filling on top.
- Refrigerate overnight.
