All Star Parmigiana
- 5 cups cooked elbow macaroni
- 1 jar (750 mL) tomato sauce
- 1 cup water
- 4 pork chops Safeway 1 lb For $1.99 thru 02/09
- 1 pkg Shake'N Bake Pork Coating Mix
- 1 cup grated Cracker Barrel Mozzarella Cheese
- COMBINE macaroni with 3/4 of the pasta sauce and water in a 9 x 13 (33 x 23 cm) baking dish.
- COAT pork chops in coating mix; place chops on top of pasta.
- COVER and bake for 35 minutes at 400F (200C); during last 5 minutes top each pork chop with remaining pasta sauce and shredded cheese.
- Heat until cheese is melted.
