Suro-Mago
- 1/4 ounce mezcal
- Ice
- 2 ounces reposado tequila
- 3/4 ounce manzanilla sherry
- 1/2 ounce St-Germain elderflower liqueur
- Dash of orange bitters
- 1 grapefruit twist, for garnish
- Rinse a chilled double rocks glass with the mezcal; discard the excess.
- Fill a pint glass with ice.
- Add all of the remaining ingredients except the twist and stir well.
- Strain into the prepared glass, pinch the twist over the drink and discard the twist.
