Cheese Ball
- 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 2 c. chopped up Karl Buddig beef
- 8 oz. mild Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- splash of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 pkg. dry Italian dressing mix
- parsley flakes
- English muffins
- jar of pizza sauce
- toppings of your choice: meats, cheese, vegetables, fruit
- Toast the English muffins (the longer you toast them, the crunchier your pizza "crust" will be).
- Add desired amount of pizza sauce to each muffin.
- Add toppings and cheese (keep in mind that some meats like sausage or beef should be cooked before you put them on your pizza).
- Bake your mini-pizzas for 5 to 8 minutes at 350u0b0, or until your cheese melts, or heat in the microwave. The time will vary based on the number of pizzas you are heating and the amount of topping on each pizza.
- Do not heat too long! They should be heated through when cheese is melted.
