Beef & Poblano Stir-Fry

  1. Mix dressing, sugar and soy sauce until blended.
  2. Heat 1-1/2 tsp.
  3. oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  4. Add 1/3 of the meat; cook 1 to 2 min.
  5. or until lightly browned, stirring frequently.
  6. Transfer to medium bowl.
  7. Repeat in 2 batches with remaining meat and 1 Tbsp.
  8. of the remaining oil.
  9. Heat remaining oil in same skillet.
  10. Add potatoes and onions; cook 15 min.
  11. or until potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally.
  12. Return meat to skillet.
  13. Add chiles and garlic.
  14. Stir in dressing mixture; cook 3 min.
  15. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  16. Top with nuts and cilantro.
  17. Serve with rice.
