Cherry-Almond Trifle

  1. Beat pudding mixes and milk in large bowl with whisk 2 min.
  2. Stir in 1 cup Cool Whip and sour cream.
  3. Cover bottom of 2-1/2-L bowl with cookies; top with pudding mixture.
  4. Mix cherry pie filling and extract; spoon over pudding mixture.
  5. Cover with remaining Cool Whip.
  6. Refrigerate 1 hour.
  7. Sprinkle with nuts just before serving.
