Rich Soy Milk Soup for Beautiful Skin
- 5 slice Bacon
- 5 bunches Spinach
- 1 packet Shimeji mushrooms
- 500 ml Soy milk
- 1 tbsp Consomme soup stock granules
- 1 Salt and pepper
- 1 Black pepper
- 1 tbsp Butter
- Chop the spinach and bacon up into bite-sizes.
- Slice off the ends of the shimeji mushrooms and shred them with your hands.
- Heat some butter in a frying pan and saute the bacon, taking care not to burn it.
- Add the shimeji mushrooms and the spinach stems.
- When the ingredients become tender, add the spinach leaves and mix everything together.
- Add the soy milk and consomme soup stock granules.
- Simmer for 3 minutes over medium heat as you stir continuously.
- (Mind that you don't burn the soy milk.)
- When the soup comes to a simmer, season with salt and pepper to your preference.
- If you'd like the soup to be richer, add butter in small amounts and melt.
- Enjoy with a dash of black pepper.
- On the following day, you can enjoy a risotto remake of this recipe by melting some cheese.
