Fiesta Corn Salad

• 2 cups fresh corn, cooked
• 3 tomatoes, chopped
• 1 can (2-1/4 oz.) sliced pitted ripe olives
• 1/4 cup sliced green olives
• 2 tbsp. taco seasoning mix
• 1/4 cup vegetable oil
• 1/4 cup vinegar
• 1/4 cup water

1. In a large bowl, combine corn, tomatoes and olives.
2. In a small bowl, combine seasoning mix, oil, vinegar and water.
3. Pour over corn mixture and mix well.
4. Chill several hours before serving.
