Lobster Or Crab Meat Coleslaw Recipe

• 2 c. cabbage, shredded fine
• 2 cubed, unpared apples
• 2 c. celery, sliced
• 3 c. lobster or possibly crabmeat
• 1/2 c. mayonnaise
• 2 tbsp. chili sauce

1. Toss cabbage, apples and celery with liquid removed meat.
2. Combine mayonnaise with chili sauce and toss with cabbage mix.
3. Makes 5-6 servings.
