Cheesy Mediterranean Artichoke Pasta
- 8 oz. whole wheat farfalle (bow-tie pasta), uncooked
- 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) Italian-style diced tomatoes, drained
- 1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained, quartered
- 1/4 cup sliced pimento-stuffed green olives
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- 1/4 cup KRAFT 100% Grated Parmesan and Romano Cheese
- Cook pasta in large saucepan as directed on package, omitting salt.
- Drain; return to pan.
- Add all remaining ingredients except cheese; mix lightly.
- Cook on medium heat 5 min.
- or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
