Pork Chops w/Apples - Apple Pepper Pork Chops

  1. Soak pork chops in apple juice in refrigerator for 2 hours.
  2. Remove pork from juice and dry with paper towels.
  3. Melt butter in hot skillet on high heat; add pork and lower heat to medium.
  4. When brown on first side, turn and add apple slices cover and cook until pork is brown on second side.
  5. Add juice, brown sugar and cinnamon.
  6. Simmer on low heat until pork cooked through.
  7. Thicken with cornstarch and water mixture.
