Easy Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe
- 1 box Ritz crackers
- 1 jar peanut butter
- Merckens lowfat milk chocolate melting wafers (in bulk dept.)
- Heat chocolate wafers in microwave on low temperature or possibly in double boiler over low heat on stove.
- Spread peanut butter generously on a cracker, dip in melted chocolate and set on wax paper to dry.
- Keep in cold place.
- Optional: Dark chocolate wafers also can be used if preferred.
- Yield: 4 dozen.
