Easy Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe

  1. Heat chocolate wafers in microwave on low temperature or possibly in double boiler over low heat on stove.
  2. Spread peanut butter generously on a cracker, dip in melted chocolate and set on wax paper to dry.
  3. Keep in cold place.
  4. Optional: Dark chocolate wafers also can be used if preferred.
  5. Yield: 4 dozen.
